The unprocessed plant-based diet (which just so happens to naturally be vegan) is filled with fiber and water. We eat lots of “volume foods!” For this reason, a lot us struggle with bloating! In this video, I share with you a day of eating filled with anti-bloating foods to keep that stomach (or tummy, as I like to say) nice and flat!
