Saturday today so time to make it interesting! The plan initially was for a half marathon row but Frazier had other ideas. He completed this workout a few hours before and said it would be a good workout! I thought it sounded interesting and definitely something I haven’t done for a while. I found the limits of my fitness and mental strength today which I think is a great bonus on top of the physical gains from pushing this hard. I found the limit and fell off the cliff for a few 500s but I knew that stopping and getting off the rowing machine was not an option, especially since there were only a few left.
It would be great if you can join me on this workout and let me know how you got on! You do not have to do 500m per interval if you are working with me, perhaps just the time I am rowing for in the interval you can row for and see what distance you can get on each one!
