Description

This 1 hour vinyasa yoga class is a balance of strengthening moves & flexibility poses. The first half an hour is focused on firing up your core & followed by standing poses sequence to promote strength & flexibility in your legs, some backbends & side stretches to stretch those abs & obliques. Finished by floor sequence focused on your hamstrings & turtle pose (Kurmasana) as your peak pose. Breathe properly, observe your sensations, observe full body activating & relaxing by the end of the practice. Let go of anything that doesn’t serve you. Namaste!
