Most of us (myself included) tend to slouch throughout the day and this Pilates for Posture class is going to engage and stretch your body to help you find your perfect posture (all with time of course!).

We are going to move slowly with intension to ensure with each Pilates exercise we are working for a strong back for better posture.

Another aspect of slouching is a tight chest so we will try to stretch the chest while we develop good posture.

This 20 minute Pilates Posture workout will really work all the areas of your body to help restore balance for good posture. And you may want to do this workout a few times a week for maximum results for good posture.

The one piece of equipment I think you should have at home for a Pilates class is a proper Pilates mat with a lot of cushion.
