This is an intense short practice aimed to strengthen the core. The more we get strong in our abdominal area the more we can get rid of issues such as back pain (most lower back) as we start to use the front muscles to better balance our posture.

Working on this area will allow the activation of Manipura chakra – the energy center situated at the level of the navel and corresponding to our inner sun – which is connected to our self confidence, self esteem and will power.
