Sweat, sculpt and tone with this FULL BODY Yoga Sculpt Workout! A high energy, yoga-inspired, sculpting workout that will strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body 🔥
This 30-Minute Yoga Workout is truly that — a workout! Yoga Sculpt can be called a variety of things, depending on the studio it’s being practiced at. I’ve heard it called Yoga Sculpt, Yoga Burn, Power Yoga, Power Vinyasa — but they’re all generally the same idea.
We’re starting with poses you’ve probably flowed through in a traditional yoga class (like at Corepower), and adding optional light weights and high-intensity cardio bursts to raise your heart rate, increase calorie burn, and build lean muscle.
This Yoga Sculpt Workout:
✦ Increases Muscle Tone and Definition
✦ Increases Cardiovascular Fitness
✦ Increases Flexibility, Balance and Mobility
✦ And Builds Strong Core Muscles (including deep transverse abdominals)
