Hi guys this is footage of an actual class I did for my family and friends. Suitable for kids, teens and mums all ages welcome.
I am sorry not sure why the footage cut halfway through the class but you can end the flow with a lovely guided meditation.
I do not own the music and am just sharing a peak of what my class looks like hope you will try it out and feel my families energy.
