Exercise:
20 running high knees (R/L is one)
20 open/close legs
20 running high knees with reach-up
20 open close legs with open close arms
Side step the length of the shallow end while doing forward arm circles (up and back)
Side step the length of the shallow end while doing backward arm circles (up and back)
Pool sprints
20 pool edge pushups (beginner: do 1 at a time and then just drop back into the water advanced: Do 10-20 repetitions without stopping or change the tempo and go slow motion)
20 pool edge seated knee tucks
Repeat this workout as many times as you have time for… but at least 3-5x 🙂
