*Sequence of Our Daily 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM Workout Session:-*
1. Start with Gayatri Mantra.
2. 30 minutes Full on Fire zumba.
3. 15 minutes Face Exercise for toning Face.
4. 10 Minutes Legs Exercise.
5. 30 minutes Weekly different Body Part Exercise.
6. 10 Minutes Daily Arms, Biceps and Triceps Exercise.
7. 20 minutes Full on Sweating Aerobics session.
8. Last 10 minutes for open discussion and resolving issues (if anyone have).
