Hey PraiseFIT-TERS!! Now that I am in my second trimester, I have regained some energy, and will be trying to bring you all several more FREE full length workouts before our sweet little miracle is born!

***WORKOUT SUGGESTIONS/SAFETY TIPS:
–Usage of light hand-weights is OPTIONAL. If you are a beginner, or new to this workout, I suggest doing this workout WITHOUT hand weights until you have built up strength and endurance, and are more comfortable with the moves and fast transitions. HOWEVER, you WILL STILL gain muscle strength and toning to your arms with controlled and intentional arm movements! NO SPAGHETTI ARMS! Strong, controlled, intentional movements, with weights or without, will ALWAYS bring positive results!!! And will also protect you from injuries!! LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!!
–For those of you using weights, we do not start with weights. The first 3 songs are designed to warm up our bodies and to get our heart rates up. The video will notify you when to pick up weights. If you use weights, I suggest a weight from 1 to 2.5 lbs. I do NOT suggest any weights heavier than 2.5lbs. to protect yourself from injury. 2.5lbs doesn’t sound like much, but believe you me, the weight adds up quickly as you continuously lift!!
–REMEMBER–Your abdominals are your control center, if they are not in control, everything else will be out of control!!! ALWAYS keep your abdominal muscles tight, and not only will this work your abs continuously throughout your workout, but it will also protect the rest of your body from injuries!!!
–Proper squat form: Knees NEVER go over your toes! Keep neck and spine aligned. Sit back like you are going to sit in a chair, tighten your abs, and pull yourself back up, hips leading.
–BE SURE TO STAY HYDRATED! Drink plenty of water! LISTEN to your BODY! And ALWAYS consult your physician before starting any workout program to ensure you are healthy enough to exercise!
