Strong For Christ Fitness demonstrates: How to tone your legs and burn fat fast!
4 Exercises
3 sets each
1 min = 1 set
20 sec rest for beginners after each for fast results
10 sec rest for non beginners after each set for fast results
Body position:
-push your chest forward
-look up straight
-swing your arms like an athlete
-focus
Please Note:
– have some water with you
– rest accordingly after each set
– get ready to sweat
– now, move it!!!

Exercise 1: Beginners
Basic step aerobic for beginners at a fast pace. I highly recommend that beginners start very slowly and allow your legs muscles to adapt to the movements. Only ones comfortable, you may try the freestyle :).
Exercise 2: Advanced
Very similar to exercise 1 however, your moving left and right making contact with the step box as shown in the video. I know you can do it
Exercise 3: Cross over’s
Basic cross over’s, do them one step at a time for beginners and pick up speed ones comfortable 🙂 you got this!
Exercise 4: Step overs
this is a progression from exercise 1-3, your legs must go the step box one at a time and very fast!
