Derek Kim has just been invited to the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games in the Junior Division. In 2012, at age 13, Derek was already a highly skilled athlete. In this video “D-rek” starts out with highlights from a 7:08 Diane at 125#. That’s more than 1.5 times his bodyweight! From there he moves on to Skills and Drills, All in the Family, and Dreaming of the Games.
