*HowSheEat ** I weigh and measure my food I eat quality foods but don’t measure the amount I am not a stickler when it comes to weighing and measuring. I eat high Protein and Fat, low Carb.**
*HER EXPERIENCE WITH CROSSFIT ** I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate) I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course First found Crossfit in 09′ while preparing to audition for Le Reve in Las Vegas. After moving away for the summer i found Tommy Hackenbruck at UteCrossfit in SLC Utah. I trained with him until moving to Santa Cruz CA in 2011.**
* WORK/REST SCHEDULE ** I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week. I strictly schedule my rest days ***
