CrossFit Palm Beach does “Bring Sally Up” Squat Challenge. Just listen to the song and go up when it says to and go down when it says to. Try it home, challenging with no weight at all. We got the idea from NC Lab’s video, after Khalipa got this challenge from Rich Froning. They performed it with 135 lbs(men) and 95 pounds(women) as their RX. Our box used 115/75 as our Rx weights.
