Today WOD is LINDA! Not the real original. Little bit modified, because I do Front Squat not Clean… But this exercise works fine 😉 Total BRUTAL MADNESS!!

1. Deadlift 264 LBS
2. Bench Press 176 LBS
3. Front Squat 132 LBS

10 round and drop sets 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1….
My time is today 22 mins. Not so bad, but not so nice… next time have to be better!
