Crossfit masters athlete – Emilia Svanbrink – performed most of the movements from the Crossfit Open 2018. And I recorded the audio and video.
Using Ableton Live, iZotope Neutron and Elektron Analog Heat – I’ve transformed these sounds into a constantly varied, high intensity beat. This video is about sound design, human strength and community. It’s recorded at Gripen Crossfit in Malmö, Sweden (
