You have 400+ pounds on the bar that you have just finished deadlifting. You’re trying to slide the weights off without looking like a fool. As you struggle to pull each plate off, you’re struck wishing there was an easier way to do this. That’s where this weeks “Gym Hack” comes in handy. All you have to do is take a 5 or 10 pound plate, roll the barbell up onto it, and then easily slide off each individual plate. I hope you enjoy this tip.
