Kid’s yoga improves academic performance. Yoga has many significant effects on our children’s emotional, mental and intellectual development. Yoga helps children relax, reduces stress, decreases anger, strengthens their attention span, ability to focus and be engaged. Yoga in the classroom is great for brain breaks, indoor recess, group activities and circle time. This video is geared towards, preschool, kindergarten, elementary age children.
