A complete and balanced slow vinyasa flow. This yoga class is suitable for beginners.

This slow vinyasa flow sequence focuses on learning some popular yoga postures and their alignment, becoming aware of the breath and feeling sensations in the body as you move.

The class begins with gentle warm up postures and classical sun salutations before moving into some popular standing asanas and balances.

We then move to the floor for hip openers, backbends, twists and forward bends before finishing the class with savasana (final resting pose).
