The two week wait can be really stressful. I remember constantly questioning ‘can I do this?,’ ‘can I do that?’, ‘will it affect my chances this month? and STRESSING that I wasn’t doing everything right.
Many women I speak to stop exercising at all when trying to conceive for fear of reducing their chance of falling pregnant, when actually movement helps the body to get rid of stress, balance hormones and just generally feel good. Yoga during the two week wait will help you to de-stress during this time, and of course all of these poses are helpful for fertility and suitable for early pregnancy should you find out that you actually are!
