In this short but intense power yoga class, you will work with large, dynamic full-body yoga movements that you will especially be feeling in the arms & upper body!

Ashley and Dylan came together to create Power10, a series of ten intense and dynamic 10-minute workouts that use yoga movements to build strength, stamina and cardio conditioning! The short, intense format will get you results not found in traditional yoga classes, but by using traditional yoga moves. These power classes are perfect to add to the end of a workout, or on days when you don’t have enough time for a full-length workout, but still want a challenge and to sweat!

Dylan Werner was born and raised in the mountains of Southern California. Dylan started teaching yoga in 2011 after 10 years of advanced movement training. He has since lead teacher trainings and workshops all over the world and is a globally recognized yoga instructor.

Ashley Galvin is a Yoga Instructor based out of Manhattan Beach Ca. She is known around the world for her strength and flexibility. Ashley teaches a strong and dynamic flow that will give you a deep understanding of the practice and cultivate body awareness.
