Filming Yoga Flows Vlog | HMFYOGA
Today’s vlog, started with a yoga class for myself at Frame in Shoreditch – the teacher was so awesome and the flow was really different. I’ll practise parts of it again at home in tomorrow’s vlog, so you can see it and maybe get some inspiration. Rich and I filmed 4 yoga flows for this channel at home which felt really satisfying, even though I was hundred percent in the mood for it today. I will be uploading weekly online yoga flows you can do at home going forward. In the afternoon I caught up with yoga admin, prepped the flat for a private yoga client early in the morning and went to teach my Tuesday evening corporate yoga class.
