It has been said that God Breaths us. It is in the most Holy and Sacred Breath of God where we exist. I made this short 3 minute or so meditation to help us attune to the breath of God within each one of us so we may gain greater awareness of what is greater than ourselves and yet is ourself in our truest nature…and its just plain relaxing to sit back and let it take you away.
