This vinyasa flow is great to get the whole body working, firing up our core and spreading that strength through each of our limbs. This is designed for the beginners, and advanced yogi & yogini’s.
Finding balance through our feet as Mary guides us through a fun series of balance postures like Standing Big Toe Pose (Padangusthasana), opening it up into Warrior Three (Virabhadrasana III) and finishing with a Tree Pose (Vrksasana).
