Who needs a 60 minute full body flow?? 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏻♂️ Looking to release judgement of others? Or how about releasing others judgements? Join me as we work on letting what others think of us belong where it should, on the floor. We will work our hamstrings, hips, shoulders and core as we build up to our peak asana, or pose, Eight Limb Pose. First we will find our compass, then maybe an elephant or 2, then our full pose.
