On Saturday, November 21, 501 C 3 nonprofit organization, Embrace, teamed up with CorePower Yoga to deliver Stretch 4 Vets to the San Diego community on the USS Midway.
The event’s purpose was to utilize yoga to serve the community, in particular, the disabled veteran and homeless veteran communities, by raising funds for Embrace’s Healing Our Heroes’ Homes program that remodels the homes of disabled veteran home owners. 500 Yogis participated in a 75 minute practice on the flight deck of the USS Midway and raised $17,000.
