This 20-minute yoga inspired core and ab workout is tough but doesn’t neglect the important breath and relaxational aspects of yoga. By staying calm, you’ll be able to focus on form to ensure that you’re working your core (as well as your rectus – the 6 pack – abdominus). I offer different levels so it’s suitable for most abilities (even though it will be totally challenging).
Tag it onto the end of a workout, or use it as a core focused morning yoga flow.
Not suitable for pregnant, ill or injured. (Don’t worry – pregnancy videos coming soon!).
