Description

This class could work for you if you have quite a sedentary job, i.e. lots of sitting and computer type work. What happens is that the hips tend to get quite tight; we rarely sit upright so we round the back, which compresses the front of the body creating less space in the lungs to breathe deeply and freely; the shoulders often rise up which creates tension and tightness around the neck, shoulders and chest so all in all our bodies can end up feeling quite wrecked.
So let’s loosen up those areas!
