Welcome to my first ever Yoga Sculpt video! Yoga Sculpt combines the mindfulness of yoga with the strength and cardio of a bootcamp. Grab a light set of weights (we’ll be doing high reps — I’m using 5’s here!), put on some motivating upbeat music you love and let’s work up a sweat on the mat today.

I’m a yogi, writer, mother, wife, daughter, sister and eating disorder survivor living in the KC suburbs. Yoga has completely transformed how I feel — inside and out — and helped me during my healing journey. When I first started, it was really hard to commit to regular classes because, let’s face it, studios are expensive. I want to make yoga as accessible as possible so you can get all the amazing physical, emotional and even spiritual benefits from the comfort of your own living room! And I want you to also experience the sense of community that comes from a studio.
