This class is part 6 of a 7-part Chakra Series. We focus on the 3rd Eye Chakra (Ajna in Sanskrit), which is located between your eye brows. It’s our center of intuition and perception.
Throughout this class we’ll focus on poses and practices that awaken and activate our 3rd eye chakra – through visualizations and physical touch. The 3rd eye chakra is associated with the color indigo, ether and all elements combined, and our ability to see both inner and outer worlds.
