Day 16/40 Rad Kundalini Yoga Challenge
Video
Description
Sitali Pranayam & Antar Naad Mudra Full Moon Meditation
Sitali Pranayam is a cooling breath done rolling the tongue into a taco, sticking it out past the lips, and inhaling long and deep as if sipping the air through a straw.
Eyes are closed and focused at the third eye.
Do the Antar Naad Mudra Meditation on the Full Moon, up to +/- 3 days before and after.
Starting at the navel point in prayer pose moving up through the centerline of the body and opening the hands up slowly into full lotus at the crown level of your head. Then, reversing the hands coming back down touching the backs of the hands returning to prayer pose at the navel.
