Pran Bandha Mantra Meditation

Eyes closed focused on the brow point with the eyes rolled up slightly at the screen of the forehead.

Mudra: let the hands rest comfortably not the lap with the right hand in the left palm or in Gyan Mudra (index & thumb tips touching) on your knees. Become completely still, physically and mentally, like a calm ocean.

Mantra:
