This is the fourth day of our beginner yoga series on kundalini yoga, you don’t need any yoga experience to do this. So many of you told me you wanted a total beginner kundalini series focused on weightloss and energy, and today we focus on flexibility too! This class is really geared towards people who’ve never done yoga before. Kundalini yoga can seem intimidating but it’s actually one of the most accessible forms of yoga out there so which is why I’m so excited to share it with you in this series.
