Description
This is a great basic yoga practice. For most it will seem like a beginner class but, for some, a little more advanced. Remember you can simply make it closer to what you consider beginner by modifying poses and/or taking child’s pose as necessary if you need a break.
This is a little slower and a little more basic than a full ashtanga yoga practice. Try adjusting the playback speed under settings if you prefer a faster or slower practice! If you don’t like the change in voice when you do this, play some instrumental relaxation or yoga music with your phone, available on YouTube, as you watch on your computer.
