If you are looking for a yoga “workout,” this class is for you. This yoga class will take your practice to the next level by incorporating cardio bursts, repetitive movements with optional weights and core work throughout. You can make this class more or less intense depending on your weight and cardio choices throughout the class. This is a yoga class, so all of the movements include familiar yoga postures.
