Welcome to join this Kundalini Yoga class with the beautiful practice of Nabhi Kriya – This set of exercises is the ultimate practice to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the core, it will work on one of the main physiological and energetic center in our body: the Nabhi also known as the ‘navel point’.
This enjoyable and sometimes challenging Kriya enables focused work on the third Chakra (Manipura) which represents our will power and worldly fulfillment, it balances the Fire element and will create of a sense of strength, vitality and concentration.

The Kriya is taught by Nirvana Anand – a dedicated Yogini , a level 2 Kundalini Yoga teacher, facilitator of yoga and mediation workshop in Israel and around the world.
