Welcome to the ” Low Flight Zone”!
My favorite setup for unwinding the body’s stress, be that stress accumulated over years, or just a big time day.
This 30 minute session gently works every area of your body, from the head down to the toes, moving with the trapeze and a yoga block for feedback and support, unwinding fascial tension, relaxing and massaging the muscles, and giving your bones the opportunity to settle themselves back in to place.
