This 15 min sequence is designed to work on the whole body.
Will be doing various vinyasa flows and stand flows to gain strength but also flexibility.
Its a great flow to start your morning with, it will give you a lot of energy so you can start your day in a positive way!

As always, listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
