Today’s yoga class is a strong 55 min Core Flow (intermediate / level 2) from my online membership The Yoga Flow Library.
The Yoga Flow Library is a monthly subscription where I upload a new full-length yoga class each Monday. The classes vary from beginners to intermediate. Each class is at least 50min and all are downloadable. Which means you can take your yoga practice to those places wifi can’t reach. 😉
