I woke up the next morning after 16.5 and could barely crawl out of bed let alone workout. I knew I had to move a little or it would only be that much worse.. Everything hurts and I could not squat below parallel without wanting to collapse.. But, on a side not Dano was able to deadlift 505# so that’s a thing!
