Ready for a gentle, flowing workout? This Flow and Balance class is designed to get you moving and breathing. Starting out seated with a flowing shoulder sequence, moving to kneeling set with spinal flexion and lunges and then working up to a standing flow with a lot stretch and balance. Totally beginner friendly, this class should get your heart pumping and your breath moving.
