The highly anticipated best leg exercises video is here! I’ve been trolled a lot for not doing videos featuring leg workouts or ANY type of leg exercise for that matter. This past year i’ve made a big switch in my training to prioritize leg day. I became so obsessed with training legs this year that I did an experiment where I trained my legs 30 days in a row and documented the results. I’ll be sharing the results of my leg experiment next week, and it will certainly be a controversial video so stay tuned. Today I wanted to show you my 10 go to leg exercises for building big legs fast. I like to call these 10 leg exercises the skinny leg fix – because they will put maximum activation and overload on your quadriceps muscle, hamstring muscle, gluteus muscle and calves. Your quads, hamstrings, and gluteus are 3 of the 5 largest muscle groups in the human body, and prioritizing them will speed up your muscle building and your fat loss.
10 Leg Exercises For Building Big Legs Fast (SKINNY LEGS FIX!)
Exercise 1 – Db walking Lunges
Gains Tip: This 1 is brutal but a great mass builder for the quads!
Exercise 2 – Barbell Box Squat
Gains Tip: Perform 2-3 heavy sets of this after the NEXT Exercise
Exercise 3 – Barbell back squat
Form Tip: At the minimum your legs should be at 90 Degrees at the bottom
Exercise 4 – leg Extension
Gains Tip: Great for maximum quad activation. Try a mirror rep drop-set which means 8-10 reps until failure, drop weight by 30%, do another 8-10 reps!
Exercise 5 – Wall Sits
Challenge: Try holding this position for 2 minutes straight!
Exercise 6 – Gluteus cable kickbacks (recommended superset = band walks)
Pro Tip: The gluteus are the largest muscle in the human body – Kitty Gains is walking proof!
Exercise 7 – Db stiff leg deadlift
Gains Tip: Squeeze your gluteus at the top of each rep for 3 seconds for BOOTY GAINS!
Exercise 8 – swiss ball hamstring curls (advanced = iso hamstring curl)
Challenge: Think youβre a beast? Try the 1 leg version!
Exercise 9 – prone hamstring curl machine
Gains Tip: Great for maximum hamstring activation. Try the superset for extra activation!
Exercise 10 – Donkey Calf Raise (all 3 foot positions)
Pro Tip: make sure you hit all 3 foot positions on this movement!
This video is not only leg exercises for men, as this list would stay the exact same if you were a female trying to build their butt muscle, quads, hamstrings, or calves.
