This fertility yoga sequence is the fourth and final video in a four-part series for each phase of your cycle.

This luteal phase flow is designed to create a sense of openness, receptivity, and warmth. If you’re actively trying to conceive, this a great flow to practice during your two-week wait.

This is a great sequence to practice a couple of days after ovulation until the day before your next period or positive pregnancy test. Not cycling? You can practice this flow during the third quarter moon.
