This is a full-body yoga sculpt workout. Sculpt and tone your body, boost your metabolism, and improve your cardiovascular health. Beginners are welcomed as we incorporate lots of modifications. This sequence will help you build strength, focus, and improve your flexibility

This workout incorporates free weights however feel free to use what you have on hand (water bottles, can goods, wine bottles etc. ). Roll out your mat and jump-start your practice today!
