Gospel aerobics equals an awesome workout although different than zumba Erica and I had so much fun working on this choreography feeling the spirit while putting this video together. We got an excellent workout in while working up a sweat feeling #blessed to be able to put this together with a good friend because when Jesus says yes nobody can say no.
