Here I made this motivational video with some cute crossfit female athletes. I hope you like them. Athletes in this video are Ashley Horner and Hannah Eden. Hannah got famous with her home workouts. Hannah is a CrossFit athlete and runs her own classes called PumpFit. Her workout expertise ranges from free weight training to olympic lifting. She is a 25-year-old loving wife and mother of two furry babies. She is an RSP sponsored athlete and a Reebok Trainer, who frequently develops content for BodyBuilding.com, Reebok Blog and Men’s Health. She has recently been featured on BJ Gaddour’s, Men’s Health Fitness Director, 21 Day MetaShred #2 DVD.
Ashley Horner is a sponsored fitness celebrity with a no-nonsense, “no mountain is too high” attitude. Mother to three little boys, she is an entrepreneur, cross-over athlete, pro fitness competitor, ultra-runner, and triathlete who is sponsored by prestigious companies like bodybuilding.com, RockTape, Reebok, and PowerDot. Ashley has a strong background in soccer, playing at a highly competitive level and with the Guam national soccer team. She has authored and sold over one million copies of her 14 training and nutrition programs, sold in eBook format. Her training facility, American Sled Dogs, is located in Virginia Beach, where she teaches women and men to never give up on their fitness goals. Ashley is the creator of the children’s fitness site SledPups where a team of sled pups compete around the nation. She also offers scholarships for children to help pay the cost of sports.
