Description

This 12 minute Morning Kickstart class is designed to wake up all your systems for the day ahead and ideally will be practised at the start of the day to create prana which can lift your energy levels and inspire you for the rest of the day.
It involves strength and flexibility work, lead by the breath and with my usual options to choose from.
Some Yoga little and often has a cumulative effect over time and is a realistic approach to take given the demands of our modern lives. Yoga is most effective when woven in to the daily fabric of everyday life whether you have 5 minutes to spare or an hour to dedicate to your practice. Namaste, Emma xx
