This video shows a hack for barbell pullovers using the Home Glute Ham Raise from Orlando Barbell. The barbell pullover is often an exercise stepchild. It’s great for your chest and your back but it’s usually sidelined in favor of bench presses, dips, deadlifts, pullups and bentover rows. Those are all great movements but none of them build strength and mobility like the pullover.
