For this week’s Home Gym Hack, we’re challenging ALL of you to give the Superman Rollout a try and see if you have what it takes!

Here’s some tips:
📌Mob. Band (or combo of) heavy enough to support your body weight.
📌Flat Back
📌Get as close to the floor as possible
📌Try and eliminate the pike motion to pull yourself back up.
