Sat Nam Community,

Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga, cautioned us that humanity would suffer from a phenomenon he called “Cold Depression” while transitioning into the Aquarian Age that is through 2038. Yogi Bhajan offered a kriya to clear “Cold Depression” and we are doing this kriya for our 40 day meditation.

“Cold Depression” is when we are cut off from our spirit, source, strength, and inner guidance. He warned us that we would find ourselves insensitive to our own mind and sense of self. That we would not feel the depression, it is “cold” and numb. This coldness leads us to inner anger and isolation from our soul. At its core this depression has a spectrum of emotions. There is a deep sense of loneliness, a prevailing sense of anxiety, and a loss of meaning. Yogi Bhajan called this, “The Silence of the Soul.” This depression is brought on by an overload of information, too much work, and not enough connection to Earth’s vibration.

I invite you to join the 40 day meditation from March 12-April 20, 2018. The meditation sequence is 11 minutes and starts with “Fist of Anger” for 3 minutes and “Clear Cold Depression” for 8 minutes.

Write down daily how you feel that way you can navigate your progress to see all that you have felt and cleared.
